3. Enrollment in Online Accounts & Taxation Courses and Registration
1. In order to enrollment in our accounts and taxation courses you may be required to register

4. Intellectual Property, Copyright and Trademark

All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials, Practice Material, Online Classes the speeches made by trainers at the Accounts and taxation Courses are, and remain, the intellectual property of Instant Accountant/G. Somasundaram –Managing partner or its license, whether adapted, written for or customized for the Client or not.
You are not authorized to:-
1. Copy, Reproduce, Re-publish, Modify, Sub-license, sell, upload, Download, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials / video classes without prior written permission;
2. Record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course given
3. Use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training given by any third party trainer;
4. Remove any copyright or other notice of writer or Instant Accountant/G.Somasundaram MANAGING PARTNER on the
Course Materials;
5. Modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, recompile, reverse Engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.
6. (Breach by you of this clause 4.2 shall allow us to immediately terminate the services and
also taken legal action.)
10. In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non- transferable, non-exclusive
license to use the Course Materials and the online /recorded classes in respect of the our Course for the sole purpose of completing the enrolled accounts and taxation course
Availability of the Service
1. Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the services available at https://instantaccountant.in will meet your all requirements. We cannot guarantee that the Service will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the Service you should report it to us and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
2. Your access to the Service may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the Service as soon as we reasonably can.
6. Cancelation of Registration / Enrolment

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to implement sufficient procedures and virus checks
